To all ice skating lovers Bormio offers a fully equipped ice palace, which is also the Federal short track centre.
The Palaghiaccio in Bormio has a FISG approved ice rink,
locker rooms with showers, fully equipped gym, skate rental and
the opportunity to spend an afternoon or evening ice skating with
friends with music.
The ice rink is used for the training and summer training
of national and international short track teams.
Casa Sofia is located about 4 km from Bormio.
Planned to spend 2 days riding the area and I based my stay in Casa Sofia. I took also my two oldies with me. The experience was just amazing. We had an apartment which was fantastic, all you need and super clean. The balcony area was great to have our lunch. A bbq is also available.
